# **Terms of Service**
## **1. Introduction**
These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern the access and use of **warehouse.ayyalasomayajula.net** ("the Website") by you, the user ("Subscriber"). By subscribing to or using the Website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these TOS, you must not use the Website or subscribe to our services.

The Website offers a subscription service to access exclusive physics notes and materials located at **/physics/**. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee of $5 per month unless otherwise stated by an explicit discount. All discounts must be explicitly stated and logged in our database at the time of order. No discounts will be retroactively applied.
## **3. Cancellation and Termination of Service**
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription and revoke your access to any materials at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to the detection of fraudulent activity. Cancellation or termination by the Website may occur **without a refund**. You agree that **warehouse.ayyalasomayajula.net** holds sole discretion over the detection and classification of fraudulent activity, and our decision on this matter is final and binding.
### **3.1 Fraud Detection**

If fraudulent activity is detected, your subscription may be canceled immediately, and access to all materials may be revoked without a refund. **No proof of fraudulent activity will be provided unless expressly promised or legally ordered to do so**.
## **4. Refund Policy**
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless a refund is required by law. By subscribing to the Website, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Subscription cancellation by the Subscriber
- Subscription cancellation due to a breach of these TOS
- Subscription cancellation due to fraud or abuse
## **5. Use of Analytics and Data Collection**
By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that the Website collects and retains **all supported analytics** for the purpose of improving the service, detecting fraudulent activity, and monitoring usage patterns. Collected data may include but is not limited to:

- Any other metrics the Website deems necessary for operational integrity

Any disputes arising under these TOS shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of **Collin County, Texas, USA**. Disputes will not involve the administrators of Plano East Senior High School, Plano city, or Plano ISD, as this is an independent venture. To resolve conflicts out of court, users are permitted to email **krishna@ayyalasomayajula.net** and/or **kbotoverlord@protonmail.me**.
## **9. Miscellaneous**
- **Severability**: If any provision of these TOS is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- **Entire Agreement**: These TOS, along with the Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and **warehouse.ayyalasomayajula.net** and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

This service is not endorsed by or affiliated with Plano East Senior High School, Plano city, or Plano ISD.
